Introductory Call
First, we have a chat! This is where you can tell me anything - who are you? What does your brand stand for? Do you prefer coffee or tea? (just kidding, but I'm always curious 😉)

I will have questions - l want to learn how your customers have been shopping! Are they abandoning your site? Have complaints? This will tell me where to start. I'll also get familiar with your competition - what do they do right or wrong?

Now the fun part for me - and you! I believe in working collaboratively to "get" your brand right while delivering a shopping experience that is memorable, modern and human.
I deliver my work in Figma, a tool where you can leave design comments right in my designs!
